Supervise and lead the front office team including reception, bell desk, concierge, and night audit.
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
Monitor room availability, occupancy rates, and overbooking situations; coordinate with housekeeping and sales for room allocations.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), hotel policies, and brand standards.
Train, coach, and evaluate front office staff; assist in recruitment and performance reviews.
Prepare reports such as revenue reports, occupancy forecasts, and guest feedback summaries.
Maintain strong communication and coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
Implement and monitor front office budgets, cost controls, and revenue targets.
Handle VIP and special guest arrangements with a personal touch.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Candidate should be presentable.
