Responsibilities



Providing exceptional services is a cornerstone of front office management. Managers must be able to anticipate and fulfill stakeholder needs while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Managers must inspire and motivate staff to perform at their best. This includes providing guidance, coaching, and support as well as fostering a positive work environment. Organize school operations effectively to keep track of appointments, schedules, and administrative duties. Greet and welcome visitors, students, parents, and staff in a friendly and professional manner. Effective management of time and utilization of right skills are crucial for prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maximizing productivity. Address variety of challenges on day to day basis and find creative solutions is essential for addressing these issues effectively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance, enrollment, and contact information. Assist with student registration, enrollment, and withdrawal processes, including collecting and processing required paperwork. Manage the distribution and collection of school forms, documents, and announcements to students and parents. Coordinate the school's daily schedule, including bell times, class periods, and special events. Monitor visitor access and maintain security procedures for the front office area. Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry. Collaboration with other departments and team members is often necessary to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service. Leading school departments during event managements and important school days celebrations. Maintaining a close observation and update system on school transportation system and communications. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to school policies and procedures.

Qualifications and skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals. Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or a related field required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong crisis management skills to address challenges that the school encounters on day to day basis. Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software programs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
