Front Office Manager Job Summary: The Front Office Manager has overall responsibility for supervising front desk, Reservations, concierge, Valet parking to ensure total guest satisfaction. Provide guidance and direction to all associates to ensure they are adhering to all hotel policies, standards, procedures and regulations. Assist the Department Heads in all areas to ensure smooth, efficient operations.. Prepare monthly reports and budgetfor front office department. Key Responsibilities: Guest Service: \xc2\xb7 Visible in the front of the house during high traffic times \xc2\xb7 Maintains Master key control \xc2\xb7 Monitor all V.I.P\xe2\x80\x99s, special guests and Delegates. \xc2\xb7 Warm welcoming the guest and see comfort check-in & Check-Out \xc2\xb7 Courtesy call about the service and comfortable stay. Team management: \xc2\xb7 Evaluates the job performance of each front office team. \xc2\xb7 Train all aspects in system, including software , report generation and Night Audit ,analysis \xc2\xb7 Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests. \xc2\xb7 Conduct team meetings and sales strategy in order to revenue generation. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and log office expenses and costs Revenue Generation: \xc2\xb7 Visiting companies, factories and outlets for generating leads and business \xc2\xb7 Verifying rate in online market and fluctuate the sale of room to increase the occupancy. \xc2\xb7 Monitor credit report and maintain close observation. \xc2\xb7 Increase of average room revenue and work towards closing of 100% occupancy \xc2\xb7 Good interaction with guests and issuing corporate discounts and coupons in lien season Complaints: \xc2\xb7 Guest complaints to be resolved Immediate and make sure guests are happy. \xc2\xb7 Review daily front office work and activity reports generated by Night Audit. \xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot emergencies \xc2\xb7 Review Front office log bookand Guest feedback forms on a daily basis. \xc2\xb7 To avoid complaints prior check to be done for smooth operations .Overseeing the compliance with company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and security requirements Coordination: \xc2\xb7 Update group information to all department for smooth operations \xc2\xb7 Understanding the operations of other departments accounts, Sales, HK & Engineering \xc2\xb7 Check with HK department about lost and found status \xc2\xb7 Prepare the monthly MIS report and forecasting \xc2\xb7 Monitoring the valet desk and concierge team Required Skills and Qualifications:
