The Front Office Manager ensures smooth functioning of the front desk, handles guest experience, and coordinates with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Lead and train reception staff on SOPs and guest etiquette.
Maintain reservation systems and room allocation.
Ensure cash handling, billing, and audit reports are accurate.
Resolve guest complaints and requests efficiently.
Monitor lobby cleanliness and presentation.
Prepare shift rosters and performance evaluations.
Profile Requirements:
Graduate in Hotel Management or equivalent.
4-6 years of experience in hotel front office operations.
Knowledge of IDS/Opera/PMS systems.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to handle VIP guests and high-pressure situations.
