Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors with a pleasant and professional attitude.
Manage the front desk - incoming calls, emails, and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing couriers and documents.
Handle basic queries and direct visitors or calls to the appropriate department/person.
Maintain stock of office supplies and manage inventory requests for front office materials.
Knowledge of MS Office (MS word and MS Excel)
