Front Office Lead

You will be working as Front Office Lead and will be part of Motion Business Area for Drive Products Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to GTS Business Partner and will be responsible with the main focus on demand management, service level escalation and SLA governance within Global Business services business area in AMEA. You will act as single point of contact for the countries and business with reference to travel and expenses (T&E) related matters.

Your responsibilities

• Collecting business needs and connecting with T&E teams to develop the proper solution (dashboard, reporting, on-line training and policy changes)
• Handling questions related to T&E performance from the business and country management, analyzing business and country data on T&E and proposing improvements internally and externally
• Acting as point of contact for Internal Control and Internal Audit within the countries and supporting the design and introduction T&E releases in the countries by applying guidelines, standards and trainings in the geography
• Acting as escalation point for the Business, Country and T&E audit team for complex escalations
• Tracking T&E program compliance and raising non-compliance with focus on non-travel related spends discovered during audit or analytics. Supporting the T&E related policy alignment with policy owners (global and local)
• Supporting in establishing Performance and KPI Measurements Systems and reporting major performance challenges between business and T&E Hubs
• Keeping the Business and Country management informed about SLA, KPI and user satisfaction surveys. Following up on quality measures, T&E performance figures from T&E HUBs and feedback from HUBs for Business and Country

Your background

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree Engineering or similar field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in T&E
• Project management skills and experience in internal control framework is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to interact with different levels of stakeholders
• Experience in identifying improvement opportunities and driving improvement projects with effective project management skills
• Positive \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, solution-focused approach
• Ability to interact with different levels of employees and advanced communication skills in multicultural environment. Fluent in English language is mandatory
