Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain records of visitors, employees, and calls.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Provide general administrative support to different departments as required.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is neat and presentable.
Assist HR/Administration with employee onboarding formalities when needed.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff for smooth office operations.
