Front Office Duties & Responsibilities1. Reception & Visitor Management
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
Guide visitors to the concerned department/person.
2. Telephone & Communication Handling
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle inquiries efficiently via phone, email, or in-person.
Take and deliver accurate messages when required.
3. Office Administration Support
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Maintain front office supplies (stationery, forms, etc.).
4. Record Keeping & Documentation
Maintain attendance registers and employee in/out logs if required.
Keep updated records of visitors, staff movements, and deliveries.
Support HR/Admin with basic documentation when needed.
5. Coordination & Assistance
Liaise with vendors, housekeeping, and security staff.
Support travel arrangements (cab bookings, hotel reservations).
Provide assistance to management and staff as needed.
6. Office Presentation & Cleanliness
Ensure the front office/reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Oversee maintenance of lobby, waiting area, and meeting rooms.
7. Customer Service
Handle complaints politely and direct them to the right person.
Ensure a positive first impression for visitors and clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
