Job Responsibilities:



*Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning

*Supervise office staff and maintain discipline

*Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Operations and other departments

*Monitor attendance, leave, and duty rosters

*Maintain office records, files, and documentation

*Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the entire office premises

*Manage office supplies and vendor coordination

*Support management with administrative and operational tasks

*Willing to work in rotational shifts

Qualifications & Skills:



*Graduate in any discipline

Preferably

FEMALES


*Experience in office administration or supervision

*Good communication and leadership skills

*Basic knowledge of admin processes and MS Office

*Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
