Job Description

Customer service:

Greet customers warmly, answer phones, respond to emails, and address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Appointment and scheduling:

Manage service appointments, check-in and check-out processes, and coordinate with service advisors to schedule repairs.

Administrative tasks:

Handle paperwork, process invoices, maintain customer records, and enter data into the dealership's computer system.

Coordination:

Act as a liaison between the customer and the service department, ensuring communication is clear and efficient.

Front desk management:

Ensure the front office area is clean and well-maintained, and manage supplies for the front desk.

Clerical support:

Perform various clerical duties as needed by management.
Required skills and qualifications

Customer service:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for creating a positive first impression.

Organizational skills:

Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are necessary to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Computer skills:

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software and dealership management systems are required.

Industry knowledge:

A basic understanding of the automotive industry and service processes is beneficial.

Education:

Diploma /Degree .
