Coordinate with HR and accounts for doctor attendance verification and payroll processing.
Train and guide front office staff in communication, hospital systems, and patient handling protocols.
Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate front desk coverage at all times.
Conduct periodic staff meetings and performance evaluations.
