Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and directing calls.
Maintain student, parent, and visitor records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate communication between school departments, parents, and management.
Handle admissions inquiries and guide parents through the admission process.
Maintain attendance registers, visitor logs, and daily reports.
Supervise housekeeping and ensure overall cleanliness of reception and office areas.
Manage correspondence -- emails, phone calls, and official documentation.
Support the Principal/Administration in daily operational tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles (school experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling).
Pleasant personality, disciplined, and well-organized.
