The Front Office Incharge will serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and staff. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage front desk operations efficiently and represent the school in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with courtesy and professionalism.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Maintain visitor logs, student/teacher attendance records, and front office registers.
Provide accurate information related to admissions, events, and school policies.
Coordinate with the Principal and Administration for scheduling appointments, meetings, and communications.
Support admission procedures and documentation.
Ensure reception and waiting areas are well-maintained.
Maintain confidentiality of school records and sensitive information.
Assist in day-to-day administrative support as required.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Administration, Management, Commerce, or English).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in school administration/front office/reception (preferred).
Strong communication skills in
English & Hindi
(verbal and written).
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
Pleasant personality, good grooming, and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle parents/visitors effectively.
Compensation:
Salary will be as per school norms and commensurate with experience.
