Handling guest issues with professionalism and care.
Working closely with colleagues to deliver seamless service.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in Front Desk / Guest Services (hotel experience preferred).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge.
Fluent in local language (additional languages are a plus).
Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude, passion for hospitality, and a team-player mindset.
