The Guest Service Associate (GSA) is the first point of contact for guests at the resort. They handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and handle registration formalities.
Process check-outs and handle billing accurately.
Manage room allocations and coordinate with housekeeping for room status.
Answer phone calls, respond to guest queries, and handle reservations.
Address guest complaints politely and escalate when needed.
Maintain records and daily reports for the front office.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management.
Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in front office operations.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible shifts.
