We are looking for a well-groomed, enthusiastic, and customer-focused

Front Office Guest Service Associate (Male)

to join our Front Office team at

Gokulam Grand Kovalam

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences, and maintaining the highest level of hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests courteously and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Ensure all guest information and billing details are accurately recorded in the system. Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records. Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, well-organized, and presentable at all times. Follow grooming and uniform standards as per hotel policy. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management (preferred). Minimum

1 year of experience

in a similar role at a

4/5-star hotel

. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage. Pleasant personality with a professional appearance. Knowledge of hotel software (preferably WINHMS) will be an added advantage.
