Handle guest inquiries, reservations, room allocations, and billing procedures.
Maintain guest records, update room status, and coordinate with housekeeping.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Manage calls, emails, and online booking platforms efficiently.
Handle guest complaints politely and ensure quick resolution.
Process payments, maintain cash handling accuracy, and prepare daily reports.
Maintain lobby cleanliness and ensure a pleasant guest experience.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (PMS/IDS/Opera preferred).
Good presentation, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle guest pressure situations professionally.
Hospitality degree/diploma preferred.
