Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at Coral Isle Hotels, located in Kochi. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service experiences for guests, addressing their needs and inquiries, managing reservations, and overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs. The role involves maintaining good communication with guests, resolving any concerns, and collaborating with teams to enhance guest satisfaction. Additionally, the Guest Relations Executive will assist in promoting hotel services and special offers to guests.

Qualifications



Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service to address guest needs and enhance their experience. Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and internal teams. Experience with Receptionist Duties, including handling check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations. Basic Sales skills to promote hotel services and special offers to guests. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Multilingual skills are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
