We are seeking an experienced Front Office professional to join our team at HOTEL @ Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in a front office role in the hospitality industry (5-10 years preferred).

Salary - 40,000 to 45,000 Per Month

Male Candidate Only

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using hotel management software and reservation systems.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of local attractions and dining options to assist guests.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.

Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness.

Maintain accurate records of guest bookings and transactions.

Assist in managing reservations and room assignments.

Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.

Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.

Salary 5 Lac To 5 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
