Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a professional manner
Manage front desk operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and enquiry handling
Maintain accurate records and update patient information in the system
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments for smooth operations
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication professionally
Manage billing assistance, cash handling, and receipt issuance where required
Ensure front office area is well-maintained and presentable at all times
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in Hospital Management preferred
2-3 years of
healthcare / hospital front office experience
Strong grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital software (preferred)
Ability to multitask and handle patient queries with empathy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
