We are looking for an experienced Front Office professional to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational knowledge, excellent guest-handling skills, and a passion for developing young hospitality professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions on Front Office operations.
Teach modules such as Reservations, Check-in/Check-out, Guest Relations, Night Audit, and PMS operations.
Conduct practical training in front office labs and simulated environments.
Mentor students on grooming, communication, and service excellence.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, practicals, and assessments.
Support placement teams with student preparation and industry interaction.
Contribute to curriculum development and academic quality standards.
Ensure discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Minimum
5 years of Front Office operational experience
at supervisory level or above in reputed hotels.
Prior teaching/training experience (institutional or on-job training) preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
