Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident, and dynamic Front Office Executive (Female Preferred) who can also contribute as a Sales Executive for our growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service while supporting our sales and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Management:

Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently. Maintain client records, appointments, and office documentation. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.

Sales & Customer Relations:

Present and promote real estate projects to potential clients. Assist in site visits, explain project details, and follow up on leads. Maintain customer database and follow up on sales inquiries. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred). 1-2 years of experience in front office or sales (real estate experience is a plus). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Pleasing personality with a positive attitude. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations. Ability to handle clients confidently and maintain professional decorum.
