Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Maintain GRC entry properly
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and staff.
Maintain office records, documents, and correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Assist in travel arrangements and event coordination.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
Assist in basic clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and printing.
Work closely with HR, Admin, and other departments for smooth operations.
Support the management team with day-to-day tasks.
Handling late-night guest check-ins and check-outs.
Addressing guest inquiries and requests during overnight hours.
Maintaining security procedures and monitoring property during the night.
Auditing and balancing all daily front office cash transactions, including room charges, food and beverage bills, and other guest expenses.
Verifying posted entries to guest accounts against system records.
Identifying and resolving discrepancies in room status and rates.
Preparing nightly financial reports summarizing revenue and expenses.
