Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests, providing a positive first impression of the company.

Communication Management:

Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls, and respond to emails and general inquiries.

Administrative Support:

Handle mail and deliveries, sort and distribute incoming documents, and perform clerical tasks like filing, photocopying, and faxing.

Office Management:

Maintain the tidiness and presentability of the reception area, manage office supplies, and ensure necessary stationery is available.

Information & Security:

Provide basic information to visitors and control access to the office as per security procedures.

Record Keeping:

Organize and maintain office files and records, and assist with updating documents and spreadsheets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
