Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling (especially in hospitality or healthcare).
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for necessary materials.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a front office or customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and calmly under pressure.
Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems.
