Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate department or person.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and ensure the front office is well-stocked and organized.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for visitors and clients.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and basic documentation.
Support the HR department in maintaining employee records and managing attendance.
Provide general office support and assist other departments as needed.
Monitor and manage office security procedures, ensuring all visitors sign in and out.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Minimum of
1 year of experience
in a front office, receptionist, or similar administrative role.
Proficiency in
Telugu, Hindi, and English
(both spoken and written) is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email management, etc.).
Positive attitude with a professional demeanor.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
