To provide an efficient and friendly service to all parents, visitors, and children
To maintain a close relationship with Parents
To acknowledge inquiries/issues from Parents and divert to the respective departments
Follow-up on the inquiries/issues and ensure the closure within the TAT as defined by the School
Track the progress on the inquiries received and update the management on the status in order to enable management to take necessary action for improving the service to parents, visitors, and children and reduce the occurrence of issues repeatedly
Conduct research into the marketplace, monitoring changes and developments and recommend suitable suggestions
To handle other responsibilities as required to fulfill the requirement of the role.
Must have Minimum of 3 Years Experience as a Front Office Executive (School Experienced Preferred).
Must have Excellent Communication.
Must be any Graduate/ Post Graduate.
