In the front desk role, you will be responsible for the reception and guidance of guests. You will also be required to handle administrative activities including receiving and sending couriers, and filing and organizing documents, calling and assisting students.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere
Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices
Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary
Creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets
Ensuring the cleanliness upkeep of Office
Coordination with Head Office for smooth office operations
Making First and Impressive call to the lead
Making and receiving calls from Students and assist them with their query
Making Follow-up calls with Students
Assigning Leads to Education Counselors
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partner institutions and internal teams
Must be a Good Team Player.
