Greet parents, students, and visitors in a polite and welcoming manner.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure school safety protocols are followed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Administrative Support
Maintain student records, files, and confidential documents.
Coordinate with teachers and departments for daily school operations.
Support admissions-related activities (form distribution, data entry, follow-ups).
Communication & Coordination
Handle communication between parents and school staff.
Share announcements, schedule updates, and reminders.
Assist with meeting arrangements for the Principal or academic team.
Office Management
Manage front office supplies, stationery, and inventories.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
Coordinate courier services, mails, and documents.
Event & Attendance Support
Assist in organizing school events, PTMs, and academic activities.
Maintain staff and student attendance records when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or school administration (preferred).
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Additional Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and patience when dealing with parents and children.
Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
