Responsibilities
Manage front desk and reception activities
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and redirect to concerned departments
Maintain visitor registers and issue visitor passes
Coordinate meeting room bookings and schedules
Handle courier coordination and maintain inward/outward registers
Provide administrative and clerical support to internal teams
Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Assist with basic office coordination and daily operations
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as Front Office Executive / Receptionist
Presentable personality with good communication skills
Proficient in English & Hindi (local language preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently
