Addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about the organization's services and products.
Maintaining accurate records of visitor logs, and other important documents is essential. This includes ensuring that all files are organized and easily accessible.
Coordination and communication with other departments, assistance in scheduling meetings and events, monitoring office.
