We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented
Front Office Executive
to join our team at Aquatica, a leading name in the hospitality and water park industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage front desk operations including phone calls, emails, and guest queries.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain records of bookings, payments, and guest information accurately.
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times.
Assist in administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
1 to 1.5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and front desk software (training can be provided if needed).
Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.
