We are seeking a well-groomed, articulate, and professional Front Office Executive to manage our reception area and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Attend and manage incoming calls, redirecting them as necessary.
Provide accurate property-related information to clients and address their queries.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handle client inquiries via email and phone with professionalism.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent proficiency in English (spoken & written).
Smart, presentable, and confident with strong interpersonal skills.
Good communication and customer service abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Prior experience in front office/receptionist roles (preferred but not mandatory).
