Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
Handle visitor logs, maintain records, and issue visitor passes
Provide administrative support to various departments as required
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external parties
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor
Preferred Attributes
Experience in handling administrative tasks
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines, phone systems)
