Handling Guest Inquiries and Requests:

Addressing guest questions, concerns, and requests related to hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Managing Front Desk Operations:

Overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, including phone calls, emails, and mail.

Maintaining Records:

Keeping accurate records of guest information, reservations, and transactions.

Ensuring Smooth Operations:

Coordinating with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Handling Complaints and Issues:

Addressing and resolving guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively, often involving service recovery.
