o Daily report and update their DSR to Management
o Update and maintain sales documentation, including quotes, invoices, and client records.
2. Client Coordination:
o Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing information about services and resolving issues promptly.
o Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
3. Order Management:
o Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the timely execution of orders.
o Track shipments and provide updates to clients and the sales team.
4. Reporting & Analysis:
o Prepare sales performance reports and share insights with the sales team. o Monitor KPIs, client feedback, and market trends to suggest improvements.
5. Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. o Organize and schedule meetings, sales calls, and training sessions.
6. Collaboration:
o Liaise with other departments, such as operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
o Assist in marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and client outreach programs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in transport and logistics.
Skills: o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
o Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
