We are seeking a well-spoken, presentable, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handle incoming calls, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner
Manage incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, and handle basic inquiries
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and front desk logs
Handle courier receipts, dispatch, and coordination
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure readiness before meetings
Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
Coordinate with internal departments for office-related requirements
Support HR/administration in onboarding visitors, vendors, and new employees
Monitor inventory of office supplies and assist in procurement processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
6 months-2 years of experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
