Handle courier, mail, and filing systems properly.
Maintain front desk supplies, stationery, and cleanliness. Assist in admission-related documentation and data entry. Manage incoming/outgoing calls and emails efficiently.
Disseminate school circulars, notices, and updates accurately and on time.
Coordinate with teachers and departments for scheduling appointments or meetings.
Greet and attend to parents, students, and visitors courteously and professionally.
Maintain accurate visitor records and ensure compliance with school security protocols.
Handle parent inquiries (in person, phone, or email) promptly and effectively.
Handle all admission calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries with professionalism.
Maintain enquiry and follow-up records systematically.
