A

Hotel Front Office Executive

plays a key role in the hospitality industry -- they are the face of the hotel and the first point of contact for guests. Their main responsibility is to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities



Welcome guests warmly and assist them with check-in/check-out procedures. Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest records using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or Cloud PMS). Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently and professionally. Maintain updated knowledge of room rates, promotions, and hotel facilities. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs. Handle payments, invoices, and billing accurately. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable. Prepare daily reports and assist with administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualities



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Polite, professional, and customer-service oriented. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic accounting and computer literacy. Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS). Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management,


Hospitality

, or a related field.



Additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are an advantage.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
