Must have Graduate/Post Graduate in Accounts (B Com/M Com)
Experience
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in hospital front office, billing, or accounts department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Handling & Front Desk Operations:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
Manage patient registration, OPD billing, and appointment scheduling.
Coordinate admission and discharge procedures with nursing and billing teams.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records and information.
2. Billing & Accounts Support:
Prepare and process bills for OPD, IPD, diagnostic, and pharmacy services.
Handle cash, card, and online payments; maintain accurate receipts and records.
Reconcile daily cash and deposit collections to accounts department.
Support accounts team in data entry, record-keeping and basic ledger maintenance.
3. Communication & Coordination:
Coordinate with various departments for patient-related queries and service facilitation.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries efficiently.
Escalate issues or complaints to the Front Office In-charge promptly.
4. Administrative Support:
Maintain front desk files, registers, and reports.
Ensure smooth operation of front office systems and maintain discipline at the reception area.
Support management in periodic reports and audits.
