Greet visitors (parents, guardians, vendors) and direct them appropriately; maintain visitor log.
Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to inquiries, redirect calls/messages as needed.
Manage reception area: ensure it is tidy, welcoming, stocked (e.g., forms, brochures).
Coordinate student admissions: handle inquiries, distribute admission forms, receive completed forms, collect documentation.
Maintain and update student and staff records / databases (attendance, personal details, etc.).
Handle correspondence: emails, letters, notices. Distribute internal communications.
Assist in scheduling appointments/meetings (with management, parents, staff).
Assist with fee collection, issuing receipts, maintaining ledgers / records.
Coordinate with other departments (administration, accounts, academic) for smooth operations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information (student/staff).
Prepare and maintain reports as required by senior management.
