Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them appropriately. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, and letters).
Assist in daily office operations and provide administrative support to other departments.
Maintain visitor logs and other documentation as required.
Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and office equipment handling.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
