Manage reception area operations and ensure smooth functioning of all front-desk activities.
Handle internal communication including emails and employee inquiries.
Manage front-desk equipment and issue temporary access badges to employees.
Greet and assist visitors and vendors in accordance with company policy.
Coordinate communication across various levels--employees, personnel, and clients.
Respond swiftly and effectively to office emergencies.
Maintain updated reception records and prepare regular reports.
Support stakeholders during office events and programs.
Provide basic medical support including First Aid and CPR when needed.
Carry out any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a corporate setup, including 2 years in a reception/front desk role.
Professional demeanour and polished appearance.
Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Logical thinker with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of First Aid and CPR is mandatory.
Medical fitness is essential.
