Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring efficient guest service, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and clients. This role acts as the first point of contact for guests and supports administrative and operational functions as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors courteously and professionally.
Handle check-in/check-out procedures (for hotels) or visitor entry (for offices).
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper coordination with relevant departments.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
Handle petty cash and billing for front office-related expenses (if applicable).
Maintain records, reports, and filing systems related to front office operations.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Assist in administrative and HR-related support tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a front office or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and front office management software.
Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
