Front Office Executive
to manage the front desk and provide excellent patient support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring a smooth clinic experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries
Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries professionally
Maintain patient records and basic documentation accurately
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and internal staff
Handle billing support, receipts, and basic payment processing
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Follow clinic policies, confidentiality, and hygiene standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation preferred
Good communication skills in English and local language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software)
Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Prior experience in healthcare or wellness clinics is an advantage
