We are seeking a well-groomed and professional Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations at our corporate office. The role involves supporting the sales team, handling visitors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office activities. Candidates with a
Hotel Management background
will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk communication efficiently
Coordinate and support the sales team with administrative tasks
Manage visitor entries, courier records, and office documentation
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining meeting rooms
Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times
Support overall office coordination and administrative activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline;
Hotel Management background preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good grooming, professional appearance, and pleasant personality
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Experience:
0-5 years of experience in front office / receptionist / customer-facing roles preferred
