The Front Office Executive is responsible for delivering excellent guest service, handling front desk operations efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant experience for guests from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room allocations
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable
Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge (PMS, MS Office)
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Experience:
0-3 years of relevant experience (Freshers may also apply)
Salary & Benefits:
