Maintain a pleasant and hygienic reception area.
Appointment & Call Management
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
Maintain daily appointment sheets and ensure timely coordination with therapists, consultants, and sales staff.
Customer Service & Support
Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures.
Address queries, issues, and concerns with empathy.
Collect customer feedback and escalate concerns when needed.
Administrative Duties
Maintain client records and update CRM/software regularly.
Manage billing, payment collection, and issuance of receipts.
Support in generating daily activity and sales reports.
Maintain inventory for front office supplies.
