Front Office Executive
to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors, parents, students, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, parents, and staff in a courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain records, appointments, and schedules.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and correspondence.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
Ensure a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
