Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
Maintain guest records and ensure accurate billing.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Handle guest complaints with patience and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in front desk/hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage).
Pleasant personality with good grooming standards.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays and also should be flexible to work across the country.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred (not mandatory)
